Accuracy of Orders: Ensuring that orders are correct will attract customers and encourage them to continue purchasing. If an order is not packaged correctly, it could result in customers choosing to shop elsewhere which will have a negative impact on Walmart’s sales. 


Customer Retention: How many customers are continuing to purchase from your business compared to how many customers are stopping.


Online Versus In Store: Measuring whether customers are shopping online versus in store gives you an idea on their preferred method of shopping. 


Lead time: This measures the time it takes to fulfill an order. By optimizing the time it takes to complete Grocery Pickups and curbside pickups, it allows for customers to receive their orders as quickly as possible.


Productivity: This measures the overall efficiency of employees. By increasing the productivity rate with customer checkout, more customers are able to be assisted and this overall benefits the business.
