PURPOSE OF THE REPORT
Group 4 decided to focus their report on Walmart. The purpose of this report is to help understand what structured process is being used and how they can be better improved. In this report, we hope that the educational knowledge provided in class can be applied to real-life situations.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Walmart was a small business in Rogers, AK when it slowly but surely became an international and global brand. This company has innovatively found its way to make customers making shopping easy by making its availability simply available. By creating more opportunities, more values are being created and better customer service and retention is satisfied. When stores are catered to their customers, this also attributes to customer retention and satisfaction. By expanding their brand and creating additional stores, it contributes to keeping the customers connected which is heavily emphasized by the company. What Walmart provides is a seamless customer experience which contributes to the company's business goals and milestones. As a saying goes from Walmart themselves:
"Every Day Low Prices on a Broad Assortment - Anytime, Anywhere"

It is the goal of Group 4 to better understand the Walmart Business Process by the following:
“How the structure of Walmart’s Business Processes Allows for greater direct value for their customers by providing rational processes and strategic marketing– making them more competitively profitable”
